We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to decide which sections are appropriate. The posting includes: - Intro: "Live-In Caregiver Northern Vermont with the opportunity to support our offices in Philadelphia, Cumberland, and Blair County, PA | Competitive Pay Based on Experience & Client Needs Live-In Caregivers Wanted — Provide Exceptional Care While Helping Someone Live Assured at Home" - Then description: "Are you an experienced caregiver..." etc. - "What You'll Do" list of duties. - "What We Offer" list of benefits. - "Understanding Live-In Care" description. - "What We Expect From Our Caregivers" bullet points (maybe as list). - "What We're Looking For" sections: Experience, Professionalism, Requirements, Who Thrives in Live-In Care? etc. - "Why Griswold Home Care?" etc. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. - About the role: could be introductory paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: includes High School Diploma or GED, authorized to work, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, background check, physical requirements. - Qualifications: maybe experience requirements: at least 2 years professional caregiving experience, previous in-home or live-in experience preferred, experience with personal care and ADLs preferred. - Skills: maybe communication, dependable, punctual, etc. Could be from Professionalism list. - Benefits: "What We Offer" list. - Pay: mention "Competitive live-in compensation based on experience and client needs". Also "Competitive Pay Based on Experience & Client Needs". So we have pay info. - Schedule: maybe mention live-in schedule specifics? The posting mentions schedule varies, sleeping arrangements, time away, overnight expectations vary. Not specific schedule. Could we include Schedule section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. For Schedule, we have mention that schedule varies, but no concrete schedule. Might be considered not specific enough. Safer to omit Schedule if not concrete. Thus include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize into sections. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions (like "Apply Today And Tell Us About Your Caregiving Experience." etc). So we need to remove that. We must also remove "Important: Live-in care is not the same as being continuously awake..." maybe that's part of Understanding Live-In Care; we can keep that as prose under About the role or maybe a separate section? But we don't have a heading for Understanding Live-In Care; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role includes description of live-in nature. We need to preserve all substantive info: So we need to include details like: opportunity to support offices in Philadelphia, Cumberland, Blair County, PA; competitive pay based on experience & client needs; live-in caregiver role; responsibilities list; benefits list; understanding live-in care details; expectations list; experience requirements; professionalism list; requirements list; who thrives; why Griswold; etc. We need to ensure we don't lose any. Let's extract all substantive bullet points and paragraphs. I'll copy the text and parse. Original text: Live-In Caregiver Northern Vermont with the opportunity to support our offices in Philadelphia, Cumberland, and Blair County, PA | Competitive Pay Based on Experience & Client Needs Live-In Caregivers Wanted — Provide Exceptional Care While Helping Someone Live Assured at Home Are you an experienced caregiver who takes pride in being reliable, communicative, attentive, and compassionate? The exact responsibilities, schedule, sleeping arrangements, time away from the home, and overnight expectations vary by client and care plan and will be discussed before accepting an assignment. Live-in caregivers must be comfortable with: - Staying overnight in a client's home - Maintaining a professional caregiver/client relationship - Following the client's care plan and household expectations - Communicating with the office regarding changes or concerns - Maintaining appropriate boundaries while living in the client's home - Being away from home for extended periods when accepting a live-in assignment Important: Live-in care is not the same as being continuously awake and actively working 24 hours a day. Specific schedules, rest periods, sleeping arrangements, and compensation will be explained based on the assignment and applicable requirements. What We Expect From Our Caregivers Live-in care requires a high level of trust and responsibility. We need caregivers who: - Show Up You understand that consistency matters. Your client and their family are counting on you. - COMMUNICATE You keep the office informed and promptly report concerns, changes, or problems. - FOLLOW THROUGH You take your commitments seriously and complete the responsibilities you've agreed to take on. - PAY ATTENTION You notice changes in your client's needs rather than waiting for someone else to identify them. - TAKE INITIATIVE You look for appropriate ways to make your client's day safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. - RESPECT THE HOME You understand that you are working in someone's personal living space and conduct yourself professionally. - WORK AS PART OF A TEAM Although you may be living in the client's home, you are never expected to operate without support. We need caregivers we can count on. Why Griswold Home Care? At Griswold Home Care, we know that exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. You'll have an experienced office team supporting you throughout your assignment. We value communication, accountability, and professionalism—and we want caregivers to feel respected for the important work they do. Our mission is simple: Help our clients Live Assured in the place they call home. As a live-in caregiver, you have the opportunity to become a trusted and meaningful part of someone's life. We need to remove application instructions: "Ready to Make a Difference? If you're an experienced caregiver who is reliable, communicative, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care, we want to hear from you. Apply Today And Tell Us About Your Caregiving Experience. After submitting your application, please watch for a follow-up pre-screen survey. Completing the survey is an important first step in our hiring process. We're looking for caregivers our clients can trust, because that's what exceptional home care requires." We'll cut that. Now we need to map sections. About the role: Could combine introductory paragraphs: "Live-In Caregiver Northern Vermont with the opportunity to support our offices in Philadelphia, Cumberland, and Blair County, PA | Competitive Pay Based on Experience & Client Needs Live-In Caregivers Wanted — Provide Exceptional Care While Helping Someone Live Assured at Home Are you an experienced caregiver who takes pride in being reliable, communicative, attentive, and compassionate?
