Experienced Line Cooks

About the role

We are seeking experienced Line cooks to join our growing team at Twin Peaks. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong cultural focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and under supervision
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Support the kitchen staff in achieving restaurant goals

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Line cook
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques

Pay

$20 - $24 hourly, with incremental wage increases based on station progression.
