Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
  • Follow all safety and sanitation practices
  • Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
  • General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Able to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
  • Show strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays
  • Stable work history
