We’re hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Pet Care Assistants at our busy boarding kennel in Frenchtown, NJ!

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe dog runs and cat cages.
• Provide loving care through walking, playing, and feeding our animals.
• Support daily operations and ensure a high standard of hygiene and care.
• Engage with animals while ensuring their well-being is the priority.

Requirements

• Previous kennel or pet care experience is a must.
• Dedication: A strong work ethic and commitment to quality care.
• Efficiency: Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical Fitness: The role requires lifting, walking, and scrubbing, so physical stamina is essential.
• Team Player: A willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with our team.

Qualifications

• Lives within 35 minutes of our kennel.
• Has reliable transportation and is dependable.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and handle a variety of dog breeds.
• Is committed to maintaining punctuality and consistency in their shifts.

Pay

$16 per hour (with potential increases based on performance)
