Responsibilities
- Manage and execute fire sprinkler installation, renovation, and retrofit projects.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and resources effectively.
- Perform layout, fabrication, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify system functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the sprinkler systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Licensed Fire Sprinkler Journeyman.
- 1-5 years of experience in running jobs, new installations, renovations, and retrofits.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- CPVC certification and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
