Experienced Journeyman Fire Sprinkler Fitter (Certification Required)

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute fire sprinkler installation, renovation, and retrofit projects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and resources effectively.
• Perform layout, fabrication, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify system functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the sprinkler systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Massachusetts Licensed Fire Sprinkler Journeyman.
• 1-5 years of experience in running jobs, new installations, renovations, and retrofits.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPVC certification and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
