The Opportunity

Vedanta is seeking an exceptional individual or boutique to lead value creation across the group, starting with a deep understanding of our existing portfolio, identifying further value in our businesses, and exploring new listings including the NYSE and other global opportunities.

This is a Chairman's Office mandate reporting directly to Anil Agarwal.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the equity narrative for Vedanta across global capital markets
• Advises on listing pathways -- venue selection, structuring, sequencing -- including a potential NYSE listing
• Orchestrate bank and adviser selection; sit on the issuer's side, conflict-free
• Engage institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, private equity and strategic partners -- with particular depth in the US
• Identify and unlock further value across the existing portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Proven value-creation track record -- listings, IPOs, spin-offs and comparable mandates across global markets
• Active investor networks and credibility -- institutional and retail investors, SWFs, PE, strategic partners; deep US relationships essential
• Equity-narrative capability -- grounded in deep understanding of markets, stakeholders and the analyst ecosystem
• Orchestration -- ability to initiate and drive value creation and advise on adviser architecture
