Position Description

This position serves as a key contributor in shaping the real estate team’s strategies. It requires advanced analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage high-complexity projects across diverse property types and investment structures.

  • Partner with managers and directors to evaluate portfolio performance, capital allocation, and new investment opportunities, offering strategic recommendations
  • Lead advanced financial analysis, including dynamic modeling of property level, fund level, and structured cash flows
  • Manage complex assignments such as large-scale transactions, multi-asset portfolio reviews, and high visibility capital events
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized areas of real estate management and investments
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to influence strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the real estate team
  • Conduct deep dive market research, develop investment theses, and present findings to senior leadership and investment committees
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting by creating complex valuation and cash flow analyses for the executive team
  • Enhance portfolio management reporting tools, ensuring accuracy for decision-making
  • Support strategic projects requiring collaboration across departments
  • Lead knowledge sharing initiatives, including training sessions, documentation, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field required; Master’s degree or relevant certification (ARGUS) strongly preferred
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management, or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate investment structures, including joint ventures, fund level reporting, and complex financing
  • Expertise in dynamic modeling and valuation of diverse property types
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases and capital markets
  • High proficiency with Excel, ARGUS, CoStar, and other real estate analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership and present to executive audiences
  • Prominent ability to mentor and coach peers and junior team members
  • An analytical thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems

Starting Salary Range

$165k - $185k. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
