Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth patient consultations that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.
- Administer high-quality cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities ensuring overall patient satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
- Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry developments.
- Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
- Patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
- Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.
Job Qualifications
- Licensure in Georgia with a minimum of 5 years' experience administering cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, HA fillers, biostimulators, etc).
- Existing customer base preferred.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
