Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Administer injections accurately and safely to patients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical professional (RN, NP or PA) authorized to administer injectables in Virginia.
• Completion of certified training in aesthetic injectables (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical spa or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong sales and marketing skills to promote products and packages.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injectable safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve enhanced patient outcomes.
• Proven experience in administering injections with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on the latest medical practices and techniques.
• Skilled in training and mentoring staff on best practices and new healthcare procedures.
• Proficiency in managing medical supply inventory to maintain necessary stock levels efficiently.
