Experienced HVAC Technicians Wanted - Northwest Metro

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Recommend energy-efficient solutions, upgrades, or system improvements
• Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and inspections
• Communicate effectively with clients, clearly explaining system issues and proposed solutions
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Perform light general maintenance and handyman duties as needed
• Absorb minor electrical tasks when required

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC certification and licensing (required)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Solid understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficient in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in tight spaces and in varying weather conditions
• EPA certification (preferred)
• Capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods
• General handyman and light electrical knowledge is a plus
