Schedule

Full‑time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with participation in an on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems
• Confidently solve problems and deliver reliable repairs
• Educate homeowners on safety, comfort, and efficiency
• Document work with photos and videos
• Represent Moyer Total Indoor Comfort with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• EPA certification
• Residential HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or installation)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Customer‑focused mindset and pride in professional craftsmanship
• Team‑player

Pay

Competitive wage of $28–$42 per hour with unlimited earning potential through performance incentives, add‑on opportunities, and membership bonuses.
