Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Aid in training and mentoring junior technicians
- Travel to job sites as needed and support ongoing project work

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systems
- EPA Universal certification
- NATE certification and HVAC technical schooling (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job site environments
- Willingness to travel as required

Pay & Schedule
$38 - $55 hourly, depending on experience. Dependent on location and experience level.
