About the role

Our HVAC Install Technicians go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• 2 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• EPA Universal Certification
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated

Qualifications

We offer robust paid training and professional development opportunities, including 150 hours of training per year. Qualified technicians will also be sponsored for Journeyman license and NATE certification.
