The Host/Hostess at Coach Grill in Wayland, MA, is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine welcome and make a fantastic first impression
• Establish emotional connections with guests through genuine hospitality
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant through teamwork
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Absorb and manage dining room operations using the table management system
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly inform a manager
• Follow up with guests about their meal and dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
• Display a professional and gracious demeanor at all times
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties accurately

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of upscale hospitality experience as a host is required
