Experienced Hospice Medical Director position in Indiana
Job Description
Work with hospice and homecare administration on system wide programs including pharmaceutical sourcing, employee engagement, team-building, and budget creation and management.
Oversight responsibility for 3 Physicians and 4 APP's
Lead quality improvement efforts across the system
Contractual relationships with all IU Health hospitals for in-patient level of hospice care
Shared responsibility with other Hospice Medical staff for 4 regionals IDG's
Qualifications
- BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Hospice Medical Director experience preferred
- Fellowship trained in Hospice/Palliative Care preferred but not required
- Active licensure in Indiana is required
