Join a Trusted Home Care Team Serving Local Families
Griswold Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to provide private-duty care for seniors and adults throughout Worcester County.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, reliable care based on each client's individualized care plan, including:
• Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Meditation reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Transportation or accompaniment to appointments, errands, and activities when needed
• Communication with clients, families, and the Griswold team regarding care needs and changes in condition

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of verifiable direct-care experience
• Reliable, professional, and experienced working with seniors or adults needing assistance
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of required background screening

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of verifiable paid caregiving experience in one or more of the following:
• Private home care (hourly or live-in)
• Assisted living
• Nursing home
• Hospital
• Other healthcare or senior care setting
• Ability to provide professional references who can verify:
• Employment dates
• Job responsibilities
• Quality and reliability of care provided
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required auto insurance
• Ability to travel to client assignments throughout Worcester County

Skills

• CNA or HHA certification (preferred)
• Dementia care experience (preferred)
• Livin caregiving experience (preferred)
• Experience working independently in a client's home (preferred)
