Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential repairs and improvements, including:
• Carpentry
• Drywall repairs
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation
• Trim work
• Door and window repairs
• General home maintenance
• Small remodeling projects
• Miscellaneous handyman work

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional handyman, carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience
• Enjoys troubleshooting and finding practical solutions
• Works efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Dependable, honest, and takes pride in doing things right
• Communicates well with customers
• Can comfortably use a tablet or smartphone for scheduling and work orders
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle that can hold tools
• Safely lifts 50+ pounds and performs physical work throughout the day
