We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience across multiple trades who can confidently assess and complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects. Common Projects Include Drywall repairs, installation, finishing, and texture matchingInterior and exterior paintingCarpentry, trim, baseboards, doors, and hardwareBathroom and kitchen repairs and improvementsFlooring installation and repairsMinor plumbing and electrical work within applicable licensing requirementsGeneral residential and commercial maintenanceDiagnosing repair issues and recommending practical solutions Every day is a little different. Qualifications We're looking for an experienced professional with: Approximately 8 or more years of relevant professional handyman, residential remodeling, construction, or property maintenance experienceStrong proficiency in at least three major repair or improvement tradesWorking knowledge of several additional tradesThe ability to diagnose problems and develop practical repair solutions independentlyExperience interacting directly with residential or commercial customersA professional, dependable, and customer-focused approachA personal collection of standard professional hand and power toolsWillingness and ability to learn and use ServiceTitanA valid driver's license and eligibility under our company vehicle insurance requirementsAbility to complete applicable background and driving record screeningAbility to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation How We Measure Success Success isn't just about how many jobs you complete.
