Compensation Information

- Commission-based pay on services ranging from 33% to 45% - Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses - Luxury-level service pricing with higher earnings for experienced team members

Qualifications

- Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license - 2+ years of experience providing services in a high-end environment - Expertise in tailoring product recommendations to individual needs - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to assist with salon operations when needed
