Experienced Gutter Installer - Eligible for sign-on bonus
About the role
The Brothers that just do Gutters of Norwood, MA, is currently hiring for a full-time Gutter Installer to service or install systems and assist customers with their questions and concerns. This is a full-time W-2 position. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand that is expanding rapidly across the country. Responsibilities
- Service or install gutter systems
- Assist customers with their questions and concerns
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Willingness to work overtime
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years experience in gutter installation, fascia, and soffit
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees
- Interest in growing with the company
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- A passion for all things gutters is a huge plus
Pay
$60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Starting salary based on experience.
