Experienced Ground Ops

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for Entry Level Operatives to join our team due to the continued expansion of our secured long-term work bank. No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided to progress your career through our Lantra Approved Training Division VMT.

Up to 20% additional performance-related pay is available after passing the probation period. If needed, you may be required to work one weekend per month. All PPE will be provided.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Punctual timekeeping
• Desire to work outdoors
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Adaptable and hard working
• Loyal and keen to learn

Desirable Skills

• Vegetation Management experience
• Fencing experience
• Mechanical understanding
• Understanding of Health and Safety

Pay

£25,500 per annum base salary, plus £4,000 initial training allowance and up to £5,100 per annum additional performance bonus. Total potential annual earnings before overtime: £30,600.
