Familia Dental is hiring an experienced General Dentist for a relocation opportunity in Hobbs, NM. This dedicated relocation opportunity is designed for doctors with 2+ years of clinical experience practicing dentistry in the United States who are open to moving for a strong long-term opportunity with high earning potential, clinical autonomy, and organizational support. For a limited time, eligible candidates who accept an offer by July 31st, 2026, may qualify for a $7,500 relocation bonus.

  • Average earning potential: $250,000–$400,000+
  • Daily minimum guarantees: 32–35% of production, including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
  • Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations
  • Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
  • Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in accordance with company standards
  • Support a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient care and team success

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
  • Current or eligible New Mexico dental license
  • 2+ years of experience practicing dentistry in the United States
  • Willingness to relocate for the Hobbs, NM opportunity
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth
