Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a warm and memorable experience, delivering "Big Sky Moments."
• Maintain operational excellence impacting sales and profitability.
• Provide strategic direction, feedback, and career development for team members.
• Uphold high standards in a scratch kitchen environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining experience (preferred).
• Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred).
• Stable job history.
• Solid business acumen, including P&L, scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
