Experienced Frac Tech Shop Lead

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing agricultural equipment in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair tractors, sprayers, and other farm machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards.
• Communicate with farmers to understand needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in agriculture or maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of agricultural machinery.
• Basic computer literacy.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Pay

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule
