We are currently hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to support customers in the Menomonie, WI area. While the role will primarily service customer material handling equipment throughout the Menomonie market, all new hires will complete initial training at our primary shop in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Toyota and other makes of lift trucks and heavy-duty material handling equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products sold and serviced by Atlas.
- Maintain personal technician tools and equipment for safe and efficient daily operations.
- Complete service repair assignments in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in monthly safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and equipment repair skills.
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial or automotive equipment.
- A willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
- The ability to manage time and attendance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
- Regular travel within an assigned territory; ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary.
Pay
$40-$45 per hour based on experience.
