Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
- Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch, promoting trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Participate in ongoing training and required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Enjoy client support, flexible scheduling, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Track record of success in client interactions.
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
- Strong communication skills and self-starter attitude.
- Loves learning and challenges, including determination to succeed.
- Skilled in long-term relationship building and adaptable to new information.
- Comfortable thinking critically and seeking solutions for clients.

Pay and Schedule
No ceiling to your earning potential and growth, and your compensation is tied to the effort you put in. A multi-faceted compensation package includes opportunities for profitability bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel. - Maximum salary range: $125,000
