Experienced Family Law Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced family law paralegal to support our growing team at Martino Law Group. Based in Melrose with a satellite office in Newburyport, we are looking for someone who can handle a busy caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage discovery, court filings, financial statements, and client communication for divorce, custody, modification, and contempt cases.
• Treat deadlines as personal commitments and ensure all work is completed on time.
• Take pride in producing high-quality, court-ready documents the first time.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a family law paralegal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with legal research and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for family law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
