About the Role
A Family Law Attorney needed for high end firm in White Plains.
Responsibilities
- Handle high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption cases.
- Provide exceptional negotiation skills and resolve complex legal issues.
- Show excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Show strong research and report writing skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Show professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
- Show detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
- Show proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Strong research and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
