Responsibilities
- Supervises and leads Environmental Services Aides to maintain assigned area in a clean and aseptic manner.
- Exhibits responsibility for the professional development of employees and maintains required professional knowledge and technical skills.
- Exhibits effective communication and customer service skills.
- Exhibits the skills to adapt to change and accept constructive criticism in a positive constructive manner.
- Other related duties as required.

Qualifications
- Education: Required - High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred - Associates degree in Business Administration or Management
- Work Experience: Required - 1 year supervising experience
- Preferred - 1 year supervising experience in health care or hotel
Skills
- Knowledge of regulatory environment;
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals;
- Proper use and maintenance of power equipment, such as automatic scrubbers, carpet shampooer, etc.;
- Proper floor care;
- Carpet textile;
- Upholstery fabrics;
- Wall and floor coverings;
- Synthetic finishes.
