Experienced Esthetician

About the role

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our team. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for operations, training, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Affixes the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks
• Affixes the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate
• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals
• Assists in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance
• Assists in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook
• Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld
• Confident in having coaching conversations with team members
• May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians
• Assists in Marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content

Requirements

• New Jersey Esthetician License Required
• 1-2 years of prior leadership experience
• Saturday and Sunday availability
• Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)
• Must have 3+ years experience as a working esthetician

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
