Responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
- Next-level customer service and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Management of all aspects of the closing process.
- Efficiently and expediently resolve any title issues that arise.
- Organization, accuracy and problem-solving competencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.
Qualifications
- Prior Escrow/Title industry experience required (at least 2-4 years).
- Experience directly handling escrow transactions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
