Responsibilities

• Aid the Lead Electrician in completing all general in-home service calls.
• Assist the Lead Electrician in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized technician’s truck and job site.
• Stay highly motivated and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience and 300 completed school hours.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow directions and/or technical instruction.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, forward-thinking, and willing to commit to continuing education.
• Knowledgeable in establishing customer rapport throughout the process.

Qualifications

Pay

The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
