Responsibilities

• Provide top tier grooming services in a luxurious, Mercedes-Benz van fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, electricity and water
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their pet's grooming needs and preferences
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets throughout each grooming session
• Maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming unit
• Adhere to schedules and be punctual for appointments
• We handle all the scheduling, so you can focus on grooming and offering personalized recommendations for each pet’s needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid professional pet grooming experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and groom pets weighing up to 75 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 sign-on bonus!
• Competitive pay: Averaging $27 - $37+ per hour (commission + tips)
• $1,200 - $1,400 weekly pay range for full-time employees
