We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Technician to join our maintenance team at TA/LV Petroleum in Jackson, OH. The Diesel Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of diesel vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, ensuring optimal functionality
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in diesel-powered equipment
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work conducted
• Stay updated with the latest diesel technology and repair techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in diesel technology is preferred
• ASE Certification Preferred
• Experience in diesel repair and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
