About the role
Mercedes-Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, seeks experienced and certified Diesel Sprinter Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex issues and repair vehicles promptly
- Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating Saturdays
- Participate in quarterly contests and bi-annual performance reviews

Requirements
- At least 3+ years of hands-on diesel experience
- Current ASE or manufacturer certifications
- Ages 18 and above
- A valid driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to diagnose and perform quality work
- Own tools

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Schedule
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with rotating Saturdays
Pay
Base hourly rate of $35-$56, plus productivity bonus
Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $90,000.00-$150,000.00
