Experienced Detailer Needed

About the role

ClearShift is seeking a self-motivated, high-output Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and can raise the standard of our current detailing operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing in accordance with ClearShift quality standards
• Operate buffers, steamers, pressure washers, vacuums, and related equipment
• Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products efficiently and correctly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to OSHA standards
• Move, stage, and park vehicles as needed

• Consistently deliver high-quality results with speed and accountability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
• On-site position - 100% in person

Benefits

Compensation: 1099 Contractor - Paid Per Vehicle $85 per completed vehicle
Typical earnings range: approximately $65,000+, depending on production and consistency.
No cap. High performers directly control their income through efficiency and output
