About the role

We are a well-established and growing dental practice located in the heart of Richmond, TX (77407), committed to providing exceptional dental care to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, and preventive care.
• Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive dental care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Oversee and contribute to the efficient and effective management of the dental practice.
• Mentor and support dental team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental practices and continuing education requirements.
• Others, as determined by owner-dentist.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Texas dental license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership or practice management role is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
