About the role
We have an immediate need for a FULL TIME (Experienced) Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. The working schedule is full time, the two shifts are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and/or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with mandatory rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly services to customers & company employees.
- Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information.
- Answering multi-line telephone system.
- Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program.
- Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing.
Requirements
- A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Schedule
The schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
Pay
$14.50 - $17.00 per hour.
