We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company and role. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more about us at www.Pearce-Services.com!" maybe considered boilerplate? It's promotional but maybe keep? It's not substantive about job. Probably remove. We need to parse content: Company description: At PEARCE, we've got a career for you! Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure throughout North America. Pearce provides technical maintenance, repair, operations, and engineering services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, backup power generators, battery energy storage systems (BESS), critical cooling systems, and other electrical and mechanical infrastructure across end markets such as renewable energy, telecom, and data centers. Founded in 1998, Pearce has more than 4,000 employees and 28 locations across the U.S. Pearce is a wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. To learn more about Pearce visit http://www.pearce-services.com. Pearce from CBRE is seeking an Experienced Critical Power Field Technician (UPS Field Service Engineer) to support customers throughout Richmond, Virginia, and the surrounding region. This position provides preventive maintenance, emergency service, commissioning support, and battery services on UPS systems, DC power systems, battery plants, PDUs, and static transfer switches in mission-critical environments including data centers, telecommunications facilities, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites. Success in this role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be expected to safely diagnose complex power system issues, restore equipment to operational status, and build long-term customer confidence through professionalism and technical expertise. That's about the role and company. Could be "About the role" or "About Pearce". We'll use "About the role". Then Core Responsibilities list: bullet points. Then Core Experience: list of requirements. Then Physical/Work Environment: list of requirements (physical, safety, travel, etc.) Then At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices... includes pay range and benefits description. Then What We Offer Pearce offers a family-friendly and innovative culture... includes benefits list. We need to separate into sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Core Experience and Physical/Work Environment?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. We have: - Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities bullet list. - Requirements/Qualifications: Core Experience bullet list (minimum 3+ years experience, manufacturers, understanding AC/DC theory, ability to read schematics, experience using tools, ability to troubleshoot, communication skills, commitment to safety, valid driver's license, willingness to travel, military veterans encouraged). Also Physical/Work Environment bullet list (safety compliance, driver's license, ability to pass screenings, lift up to 100 lbs, stand/walk/bend/kneel/crouch/reach, work around energized equipment, physically demanding work, manage multiple priorities, travel, per diem, on-call rotation, security clearance). Those are more like requirements/qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills: strong electrical troubleshooting skills, sound technical judgment, ability to work independently, customer service, etc. But we could also put them under Requirements. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section "Requirements". Or we could have "Qualifications" for experience/education, and "Skills" for abilities. But we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We have pay info: Base Pay Range: $35 USD - $45 USD. Also mention performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Also benefits: health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, professional development courses. Also What We Offer: family-friendly culture, competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, HSA option, paid vacation and paid holidays, company-matching 401(k) Retirement, Life Insurance, Tuition reimbursement, professional development training, company vehicle, phone, laptop, or tablet along with necessary tools and safety equipment. We can combine Benefits and Pay into sections: Pay (base range, bonuses, stipends, vehicle, per diem) and Benefits (health insurance, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, professional development, etc.). Also schedule? Not explicitly mentioned besides travel and on-call rotation. No schedule like shift hours. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states it. It does not, so omit. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, equal opportunity, etc. Also "Learn more about us at www.Pearce-Services.com!" maybe considered boilerplate but it's a link; could be removed as it's not substantive. Also "To learn more about Pearce visit http://www.pearce-services.com." maybe also boilerplate but it's a link to learn more; could be removed. However it's part of company description; but we can keep the description but maybe drop the URL as it's not essential. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The URL is not necessarily boilerplate but could be considered navigation? It's a link to learn more; but it's not essential to job description. Safer to remove it. Also "Pearce from CBRE is seeking an Experienced Critical Power Field Technician (UPS Field Service Engineer) to support customers throughout Richmond, Virginia, and the surrounding region." That's substantive. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we keep the description but maybe drop the URL. Now produce HTML:
