About the role
Adams and Reese is seeking an experienced attorney with 5+ years of experience in litigation, preferably with construction. This position requires excellent briefing and writing skills. Trial experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong academic credentials. Texas law license required.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal issues related to construction projects
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Manage and conduct discovery
- Prepare and file pleadings and motions
- Represent clients in trial proceedings
Requirements
- Texas law license required
- Experience in construction litigation preferred
- Excellent briefing and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Passing score on the bar exam
