About The Role

As a Concrete Estimator, you will:

• Analyze project requirements, gathering essential data to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff to conduct takeoffs and break down labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Assess risks, analyze market trends, and forecast costs to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and submit detailed bids and reports for prospective projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to secure the most competitive quotes.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience estimating structural concrete projects
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software
• Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Excellent Problem-solving, Negotiation, And Organizational Skills
• Associate degree or higher (preferred, but not required)
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting
