About the role
Tecta America New England, founded in 1988 as Delta Roofing, is one of the largest and most successful roofing companies in the northeast. The company offers full-time, year‑round work, career advancement opportunities, and great benefits. They are seeking commercial roofers for production and service crews in Brockton, MA.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, install, maintain and repair all types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO and PVC.
Requirements
- Commercial roofing experience preferred; the company will train the right individuals.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders are expected activities.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work according to job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical surroundings: field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
- Physical effort: extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting.
- Travel: mostly local, within a 1‑hour radius.
- As a condition of employment, applicants must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Pay
Experienced pay starts at $25‑35+/hour. A BOE sign‑on bonus of up to $750 is offered. This range is a good‑faith estimate; actual compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, training and experience. The position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation.
