Experienced Commercial Roofer

About the role

Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems
• Work in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions
• Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Follow instructions and perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain a strong level of professionalism

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Working Conditions

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations
• Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders
• Frequent lifting and physical effort
• Mostly local travel within 1 hour

Pay

Starting at $25+/hr. with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 (based on experience). This range represents a good faith estimate, and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
