Experienced Commercial Painter

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Work on a variety of commercial properties including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial buildings.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Estimate materials and time required for each project.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
