Responsibilities

As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll provide the personalized support that helps our clients continue living safely and independently at home. Depending on the client's individual needs, you may:

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities
• Follow individualized care plans
• Document services provided and communicate important observations to the care team
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Strong communicators who work well with clients, families, and our care team
• Experienced in caregiving, personal care, or senior care
