About the role
Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for leading companies, focusing on large hyperscale and colocation data centers across the U.S. In this role, you’ll contribute to complex, engineering-driven projects that shape critical infrastructure for a connected society. You’ll work under direct supervision and mentorship, assisting with design, drafting, scheduling, research, and technical reporting while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine engineering assignments to strengthen knowledge and experience under supervision.
- Generate and develop design ideas that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions for engineering needs.
- Provide basic project design through Civil 3D drafting.
- Prepare project schedules, conduct research, and write technical reports.
- Collaborate with team members to support project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Must possess or obtain an Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
- 2 or more years of related civil engineering design experience.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.

Pay
The posted salary range for this position is $77,000–$102,000 USD, based on Colorado office locations. Actual compensation varies depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.
