EXPERIENCED CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT - OB-GYN

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of high school or its equivalent and CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) certification.
• Knowledge of computer software such as Windows, Office, and Internet use.
• Ability to perform support activities in patient care as required through completion of an CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) Certification Examination.

EXPERIENCE

• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, with responsibilities including direct patient care, rooming patients, assisting with procedures, and other intake elements.
• Candidates must demonstrate competency in patient care and safety practices.
• Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced clinic environment are essential.

• Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching.
• Occasional stress related to patient load.
