Experienced carpenter/ Handyman
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential remodeling: ramps, railings, doorway widening, stair lifts, grab bars, etc.
- Read plans, ensure code compliance, and manage job timelines
- Plan materials and coordinate installations (with or without subcontractors)
- Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate job documentation
- Uphold safety, HIPAA, and compliance standards
What You Bring
- Experience in general construction or home remodeling
- Ability to plan jobs, read specs, and organize labor/materials
- Working knowledge of codes, permits, and basic drawings
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, using ladders, and working independently
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Bonus if you hold: OSHA 30, Lead Paint Cert, City Contractor License (Omaha, Bellevue, Council Bluff)
