About the role

Provide compassionate and skilled care to individuals in their homes, focusing on activities of daily living, medication management, and other support services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
• Monitor health conditions and report changes to caregivers and family members
• Engage in light housekeeping and organization tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
