Experienced Caregiver with High Compensation

We’re seeking dedicated, reliable caregivers to care for our clients in South Orange County (San Clemente, Mission Viejo, and San Juan Capistrano). You’ll see the same familiar faces Monday through Friday, usually one or two clients a day, building trust and enjoying pleasant, manageable care. Day shifts are close to home with the same schedule each week, minimizing travel time.

Responsibilities

• Help seniors live safely and comfortably at home
• Assist with mobility and personal care
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer warm, steady companionship

Requirements

• 1–2 years of caregiving experience (caring for a family member counts)
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (assistance provided)
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Genuine dependability
• CNA or LVN credential is a plus
• Great personality and ownership mindset

Pay

$21–$26 per hour (premium rate for strong caregivers) with a guaranteed 30 hours per week.

Schedule

Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with consistent weekly hours and minimal travel between nearby clients.
